The symposium will have limited plenary talks and will largely consist of half or full day sessions. Several sessions can be held in parallel. Proposals for session are welcome now.
Session organizers are fully responsible for their own session, its contents and its organisation. The conference organizers provide the setting and the room, and the scientific committee will assess session proposals on their merits, quality, suitability for the overall theme, and balance with other sessions.
Sessions can take any form, including talks, panel discussions, posters, workshops, hackatons, networking sessions, etc.
To propose a session, provide no more than one page with the title, organiser(s), description and planned length (half day = 3 hours, or full day = 6 hours) through EasyChair.
Timing
- Deadline for session proposal submissions: 18 Nov 2023
- Notifications of acceptance: before 1 Jan 2024
Accepted sessions can be planned in detail from 1 Jan onwards, in collaboration with the scientific committee. We expect that session organisers provide a web page with the session details by 1 Feb 2024. The final propgram should be online by 1 March 2024.
