IDEA is an INTERREG NWEurope project that started late 2017 envisioning the development and enrolment of economic viable value chains based on microalgae in NWEurope. The IDEA capitalization project will conclude in 2023 with an event organized by VITO to share results and conclusions related growth, harvest, processing and application of microalgae biomass framed in a value chain perspective. In the capitalization project, the potential of side-stream in algae cultivation to strengthen algae value chains in respect to economics and sustainability received special attention. We are looking forward to welcome you at the event!
Location: this event will be organized as a physical meeting hosted by VITO in Mol at the head quarters in the conference room (Boeretang 200, 2400 Mol, Belgium).
For whom: all stakeholders involved in algae value chains are welcome to attend the event and to share experiences!
Registration: participation is free of charge, registration is required.

Besides plenary presentations by IDEA project partners and companies supported by IDEA, a poster session is being prepared. The latter is open to external contribution.
A visit to the relevant Vito infrastructure will be organised during the day.
