Call for abstracts closed

The call for abstracts has now closed. The Scientific Committee carefully evaluated all submissions and selected a number of abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts were invited to present either orally or via posters by the end of March 2025. Authors of a subset of these selected contributions were also invited to submit a full paper.

Instructions for full paper submissions

Authors invited to submit a full paper can do so via the IEA DHC Symposium Submission Tool. Please note that all full papers will undergo a peer review process conducted by the Scientific Committee. Follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Acceptance of Invitation: Authors must accept the invitation for full paper submission before the deadline specified in the acceptance email. If the invitation is not accepted by the deadline, it will be extended to another contributor.
  2. Page Limit: Due to strict page limitations for the published proceedings, full papers must not exceed 8 pages, including references, images, and all other elements.
  3. Submission Deadline: The deadline for full paper submission is May 31, 2025.
  4. Templates: Authors should use the provided templates, available in both Word and LaTeX formats, which can be downloaded via the provided links.
  5. Contribution Agreement: All authors must sign and upload the "Contribution Agreement" form to the IEA DHC Symposium Submission Tool.
  6. Third-Party Materials: If third-party materials are used in the paper, permissions must be obtained from the rights holders. Refer to Springer Nature's Third Party Permissions Guidelines for more information
