Availability of Presentations and Posters

All PowerPoint presentations and posters will be made publicly accessible via an online database. Consequently, participants will be able to download and review all contributions following the conclusion of the Symposium.

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

• Presenters are kindly requested to prepare their PowerPoint presentations by 31 August 2025.
• Please use the template for oral presentations: Oral presentation template
• The PowerPoint of the presentations will be uploaded to the online database of the International District Energy Association (IDEA) for later consultation by the conference participants. Presenters have received an email with further instructions on Tuesday 19 August. In case you should not have received this email, please check your spam box first. Should you not find it there, please contact the organisation. 
• We foresee 15 min. presentation time and 5 min. Q&A

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

• Presenters are kindly requested to prepare the PowerPoint of their poster by 31 August 2025. 
• Posters must not exceed the dimensions of A0 size.
• Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the venue.
• Please use the template for poster presentations: Poster template
• The PowerPoint of the posters will be uploaded to the online database of the International District Energy Association (IDEA) for later consultation by the conference participants. Presenters have received an email with further instructions on Tuesday 19 August. In case you should not have received this email, please check your spam box first. Should you not find it there, please contact the organisation.
• Posters may be mounted on the designated display panels on the morning of Monday, 8 September 2025.
• All posters will remain on display throughout the duration of the Symposium (Monday and Tuesday).
